Bonjour,

Chris,

I'll change to English while my French is as reliable as Z-wave, but hopefully more, pardon my metaphor and don't disspair:
1. OTA upgrade is not available in Qubino modules nor eeDomus
2. Qubino's warranty will cover the modules exchange, and retailers seems to be able to handle it without cost and with willingness
3. The rest for what matters for us: re-wiring modules, Zwave exclusion/re-inclusion, re-configuring the eeDomus (device/channels/rules) was at our expense.

8h of work (me and electrician) for 17 modules, was the solution for me. Meanwhile it brought me other issues in the box this time, lost nodes, shaky routing table...check the threads on noeuds inconvnu, delayed actions...

Hence as advise, if you attempt this effort for many nodes, do the Zwave exclusions/re-inclusions as slow as possible, check the routing table after each...

Regards, Horia

Was it due to too fast excluding/including modules, or an issue with last firmware ?

But my question was about how to know the firmware version of a module.
Is it written on it, or depends on serial number ?

@Horia : did you find a solution for "lost node" "noeud inconnu" ?
The module I have excluded/included put me a "noeud inconnu" in the routing table...

I think it was the firmware in our box coupled with the bulk operations for exclusion/ re-inclusion. As a result I was left with many lost nodes, some I could remove (I raised a support case and you see now there is new functionality for remove/discover lost nodes). Meanwhile two lost nodes are shown with valid routes from the controller and among themselves (really a bug while they are not there). When I try to remove them, something inside the box (the support team says the zwave chip) crashes, no visible route table changes but also no z-wave communication, software reboot recovers. The support team suggested I reset the z-wave chip and re-include the nodes. Still thinking about...

But my question was about how to know the firmware version of a module.

I think is based on the serial number, there is no firmware statement on the package or module. In my case the retailer confirmed.

Partial as per above, meanwhile if you see the lost nodes without routes, you may try to remove them with the new functionality eeDomus added. In my case this worked. I could not remove the nodes that were still shown with valid routes.

Thanks.
Resetting the zwave chip is not a valid solution, because next time you will have to exclude/include a module, probably a lost node will come again...

@Horia,

I've received yesterday my ZMNHAD1(1 relay) and ZMNHBD1 (2 relay) replacement modules.

Firmware are :
- ZMNHAD1 : S4 (2 pieces)
- ZMNHBD1 : S5 (3 pieces)

ZMNHAD1 works fine, but ZMNHBD1 do not update status when using physical switch.

Any idea ?

Yep, but is it updated immediately after you press the physical switch ?

Hi Horia,

Would you please give me the version of your ZMNHBD1 (double relay) ?
Is it S5 ?

Please also tell me if the status of module is immediately updated on the box when you are using the wall switch ?

Thanks
